It is advisable, before placing an order, to carefully evaluate the choice of size, possibly contacting our customer service: customercare@stmnfitness.com com available for advice and clarifications.

However, in the event of an incorrect purchase, within 14 days of delivery, it will be possible to exchange goods, by contacting us via email and following the instructions provided by customer support . We will arrange, through our courier, to collect the previously purchased item directly, delivering the replacement item at the same time. The customer will only have to repackage the product and deliver it to the courier, who will affix the shipping label.

The GOODS EXCHANGE service has a cost of 9.00 Euros payable in cash to the courier.

N.B. : The product to be returned must be intact, free of alterations and contained in its original packaging (where present).

DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING ENVELOPE. THE PRODUCT AND ITS PACKAGING MUST BE CONTAINED IN ANOTHER PACKAGE!

2. Wait for authorization to exchange goods from our company. customer service
3. Repackage the item as for a normal shipment
4. Upon the courier's arrival, the goods will be exchanged following payment of the 9.00 Euros only for Italy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND SIMPLE RETURN

Within 14 days of delivery, it will be possible to request a return of the item by contacting us via email and following the instructions provided by customer support.

The products will be returned to Stmn Fitness at the customer's expense, via whichever method or courier is most convenient.

Refund will be made once the item is received.

If the product or the original packaging show signs of wear or defects that compromise its resale, a deduction of 10 euros will be applied from the total to be refunded.
