Before placing an order, we recommend that you carefully evaluate your choice of size, possibly contacting our customer service: customercare@stmnfitness.com how available for advice and clarifications.

However, in the event of an incorrect purchase, it will be possible to exchange the goods within 14 days of delivery, by contacting us via email and following the instructions provided by customer support. We will arrange, through our courier, to directly collect the previously purchased item, delivering the replacement item at the same time. The customer will only have to repack the product and deliver it to the courier, who will affix the shipping label.

The EXCHANGE OF GOODS service costs 9.00 Euros, payable in cash to the courier.

NB: The product to be returned must be intact, unaltered and in its original packaging (where present).

DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING ENVELOPE. THE PRODUCT AND ITS PACKAGING MUST BE CONTAINED IN ANOTHER PACKAGE!

PROCEDURE SUMMARY:

1. Send the request by email to the address customercare@stmnfitness.com
2. Wait for authorization to exchange goods from our customer service
3. Repackage the item as for a normal shipment
4. Upon the courier's arrival, the goods will be exchanged following payment of the 9.00 Euro for Italy only

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND SIMPLE RETURN

Within 14 days of delivery, it will be possible to request a return of the item by contacting us via email and following the instructions provided by customer support.

The products will be sent back to Stmn Fitness at the customer's expense, via any method or courier is more convenient.

The refund will be made once the item is received.

If the product or the original packaging show signs of wear or defects that compromise their resaleability, a deduction of 10 euros will be applied to the total to be refunded.
