The agreed upon courier is GLS. After the shipment has been taken over, you will receive a text message and/or an email from the courier indicating the CUSTOMER PACKAGE ID (tracking) and delivery time slot.
From January 2022 our delivery service is even more flexible and personalized with FlexDeliveryService. Thanks to the possibility of choosing between six different options, you will have a personalized delivery experience based on your needs. How does it work? You will be constantly updated on the progress of the shipment. Through a link sent by email you will be able to access a management area, both before and after the first failed delivery attempt, where you can choose:
- New delivery date
- Choice of collection point
- New shipping address,
- Safe place of delivery,
- Authorize collection by a neighbor
- Refuse delivery.
The service is completely free and you just need to enter your email and phone number during the purchase process.
ABSENT RECIPIENT
In the event that the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, GLS Corriere Espresso will contact our staff to notify them of the storage at their warehouses.
Our Customer Service will contact the courier to provide the necessary instructions for making a second delivery or for collecting the goods on site.

Once the shipment has been taken over, your order will be delivered within 24 working hours; 48 hours if you live in Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and smaller locations. As soon as the order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email with the details and instructions for tracking the delivery. Delivery times are between 9:00 and 18:30 and a signature will be required. Make sure that there is always someone at the address provided to collect the package. If you are not present when the courier passes, a delivery note will be left with the details to arrange a new delivery. We work hard to respect the expected delivery times, but during busy periods such as seasonal sales or the Christmas period, the times may vary slightly, due to the overload of the couriers. Keep this in mind when purchasing!

If you want to change the size or color of the item you purchased, you can use a very convenient service: we send the courier to collect the item you want to return and, at the same time, we deliver the same item in a different size or color. This service costs €9 and you will have to pay it in cash to the courier. If you decide to make an exchange, first write us an email at customercare@stmnfitness.com and we will explain to you exactly the procedure to follow and we will choose the day for the collection together.

You can return any item you purchased on our site, as long as it is in its original condition: unworn and complete with tags. You have 14 working days from the delivery date. Prepare the package, placing the items to be returned inside and indicate this as the destination address:

As soon as we receive the package, we will check it and within 5 working days we will make the refund. The refund will obviously be made if the product is still new and resalable.

In the event of a lack of conformity "detectable upon delivery", the civil code applies, the consumer has the right to the restoration, without charge, of the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement or to a reduction in the purchase price or to the termination of the contract.

However, in the event of an incorrect purchase, within 14 days of delivery, it will be possible to exchange the goods, specifying the details via email. We will, through our courier, collect the previously purchased item directly from you, delivering the replacement item at the same time. The customer will only have to repack the product and deliver it to the courier as if they were making a normal shipment. The EXCHANGE GOODS service costs 9.00 Euros, payable in cash to the courier.
NB: The product to be returned must be intact, unaltered and in its original packaging (where present).
